The Product Design Laboratory and Workshop (LODP), located at the Guimarães Design Institute on Campus de Couros, carries out applied work in three areas:
a) Pedagogical - Within the scope of the different Curricular Units of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd cycles in Product Design at the University of Minho and exceptionally in other teaching projects at the School of Architecture, Art and Design at the University of Minho;
b) Research, development and innovation;
c) Extension - Specialized services to external entities
